Why Invest?
Funding requests are intended to be processed through Beringer Holdings on behalf of Appalachian Natural Springs Origination Waters – a registered subsidiary.
Three Separate Stages
Preliminary monetization requirements are approximated
Startup-Tier
1.5 million – for the use of an existing plant, with nominal start-up costs and a quick start-up, to manned plant, and distribution status as our first bottling tier.
Mid-Tier
$5 million –deployment of the existing plant, incorporating greater production and distribution through plant purchase. This features additional capabilities, such as American ginseng infused water, etc.

Immersion-Tier
$7 million – moves from single bottling plant to multi-bottling plant. Also, includes a local storefront with online sales and international distribution. At bottling plant onset, a suite of manufacture elements including bottle loaders, conveyors, filling machines, filters, sealers, storage tanks, trucks, water dispensers, water sterilizers, and water treatment machines are already in place at the acquisition site. The existing facility adjoins Beringer’s Hot Springs Virginia location and delivers baseline equipment requirements. Personnel are also required; however, there are locally qualified individuals who previously have performed essential capabilities. This lessens start-up cost. Beringer is negotiating with the plant owner, who has offered two alternative options 1) purchase, or 2) lease. Both the purchase and lease costs are attractive.

Financial Overview
At a minimum, Beringer Holdings estimates Start-Up Costs, Profit and Loss, and Summary of As-sumptions are well within reason. Initial and ongoing costs, alongside inflow timing, are set to oc-cur manageably using a three-tier approach. Tier 1 – permits quick onboarding and instantiation with a perceivable six-month start-up trajectory of first bottling to distribution.

Anticipated Start-Up Costs and Investment Overview
Exhibit 1, demonstrates one-time cost and ongoing items Beringer requires to for Appalachian Springs Naturally Restorative Origination Water Bottling Start-up. High-end water treatment can cost up to $1M USD. Implementation of UV disinfection, ozonation, advanced filtration systems delivering the highest quality spring water for a premium brand is being reconfigured through Beringer’s engineers in the incorporation of a pre-existing bottling plan. Requirements essential to establish Beringer’s premium natural spring origination water are demonstratively less intense than those other startups endure within industry.
Annually, maintenance and reparation of water treatment equipment, when figured in total opera-tion cost impacts the maintenance of high-end health infused water purity and scopes between $200K and $1M per annum. Thankfully, a bottling plant Beringer Holdings intends to lease (Tier 1) and/or purchase (Tier 2 and 3), has been well-maintained and owned and operated by a United States Senator who previously deployed use of the plant for private events. His bottled waters were identified as prestigious reserve labeling created for special events alone.
At inception, Beringer Holdings inclusion of this existing plant, collocated to our Appalachian Springs Naturally Restorative Origination Waters in Hot Springs Virginia makes transport and other accoutrements aligned to same, unnecessary, which cuts quite a few costs associated with bottled water portability.
